We are seeking a fully Licensed RPT™ to join the team.

Job Description

Position starts as part-time with the opportunity to work your way up to full time status.

Full benefits at 25 clients per week. Plus, PTO and paid CE trainings (up to 20 CEs).

Compensation:

● $20/ session plus 25%+ commission.

● Team Case consultation time: 1 hour a month – $20

● Administrative time: 4 hours a month – $80

Qualifications

● Applicants must have a master’s degree or higher in one of the behavioral sciences from an accredited college or university as well as clinical licensure (e.g. LMFT, LSSP, etc.).

● Canidates should be a RPT™ or in training to become a certified RPT™.

● Effective written and verbal communication skills.

● Ability to complete and submit documentation of services and other documents in a timely manner.

● Comfort and familiarity working with a diverse client base.

● Proficient in the use of typical office technology (e.g. computers, e-mail, etc.).

● Already paneled with insurance is a plus.

● This position will be under the general direction of the clinical director.
